Just finished the last set of terminal missions given out last week and helped out for the latest part of Operation IVORYPHANTOM.

I'd highly recommend this to anyone that enjoys TSW investigation missions. Even at the most basic level (i.e. only in the terminal), missions are very well implemented. Taking part in the IRC/TeamSpeak components during live events seems fun and they are "activating" green field agents. Today, we had a few agents at PAX getting mission clues from a nearby booth.

If you buy from Steam now through the end of Sept, you should get free access to season 2.
 
Yes, again it was a nice live event. Unforunately the Seattle time was a bit late for TheStrain and me, so we could not be there the whole time.

Did they expand that date? I only received a mail that you get Season 2 for free if you have bought it before July 24th (which is also stated here )? I did not see any other information about that topic.

No, it's a PAX special. Kind of annoying for me since I bought it in the middle. Tempted to message them and see if I can get season 2 free as well. Otherwise, might just buy another copy of the game.
 
Ah ok. So basically almost everyone gets Season 2 for free. Then you really had a bad timing... But just ask. The worst they can do is say no...

I was actually the first one (at least on IRC) to solve the sixth message. That's got to count for something right? ;)
 
I really need to get back into that... I was just so short on time the past few weeks, and then there is all the new stuff in TSW...
 
The last batch of missions wasn't too difficult but still fun.
Spreadsheets are useful for multiple parts.

That's true. We also solved that missions pretty quick.
Especially since one of our hobbies was involved.

The last email says: "Remember that everyone who bought The Black Watchmen before September 30th will get a free copy of season 2." I'm confused now.

I just saw the mail and according to that, it seems so that you also get Season 2 for free. Maybe just ask the Devs about that. I did not see anything on the forums.

Too bad... Which exact date did you buy the game? According to earlier posts at the end of August. Just because on Steam is stated, you get Season 2 for free if you bought the game between August 26th and September 30th --> here
edit: sorry, my mistake. Misread the dates.
