Wow, mission 11 needed some time and skills...
Meanwhile the second live event is on and it's really exciting!
Two mails arrived and I got a phone confirmation (kind of creepy in its own way 
) so now I also know that everything is fine with my data

Yes, there are several possibilities to interact. You can always "talk" with other players in the forums or in IRC which is recommended as some tasks are quite hard to solve alone. There is also a "Call for help" function. When you use it all other players can see that in their client and can contact you to offer their help.
It reminds me of investigation missions like in TSW, only in real-life and worldwide

Really glad to hear that I will get Season 2 as well, without paying again! And quite sad that I missed the most recent live event. T_T Would have loved to make sure that "The Package" travels via Hamburg Central Station, Germany as well.
And yes, Fleta, what is required is what I would call "RL grouping". For example, people need to use the forum, IRC and a Google spreadsheet to collectively figure out what questions to ask of a special Person of Interest. Or what travel route a special "package" should take from somewhere in Asia to Vancouver, using only bus, train and taxi.

By the way, how do you get across an ocean using only bus, train and taxi? Do ferries count? Despite what some former GOP VP candidates might suggest, the distance from Asia (Russia) to North America (Alaska) is rather large.

At least the coming weeks will be even more RL and group related!
"Missions 1 - 15 will still be playable in the client, and at the end of August we will return to in-client mission releases for Missions 16 - 25. Until then however, the game will be played within the community itself, in the hopes of encouraging a wider interaction between players. There also were a few towns with airports available. Ferries didn't count. It was exactly defined which cities and transportations can be used. And it was also necessary to stop at least every 36 hours in one of the unlocked cities where "fresh" guards waited. And at last there was also a limited budget for the trip.

Honestly... I am not sure. Haven't had time to read up on that mission yet, since I missed it when it was live... TheStrain, you participated, right?

I received mine, but the quality of the voice mail message is not so good. Did I understand correctly, I just send an email to info@division-66.com with the confirmation code? Will I receive an email in return to confirm that the code was correct?

Hm, when I answered the phone it was a bit different.
It's a beta warning. I've been watchings the forums and chat but so far nobody seems to have a clue.
It caught me a bit by surprise. They were asking something like: Am I speaking to Agent Windir? I answered yes and then the voice said something like "number confirmed" and they hung up. I didn't get any code.
Bought it! Now to try to catch up...
