Then again I only cook for nourishment, although that too is not often.

both the beer and the buns look fantastic. But the beer looks like somtehing I really should have, just for the label and because it's ale, which i prefer to lager. I checked and sadly, there's only Hobgoblin, Kinggoblin and Scarecrow from Wychwood here. I'll check Scarecrow... I'll see if I can place it on order.

Or maybe my beer pub around the corner may have it because of Easter... they do carry over 40 different ales. - I know what I'm doing this evening :)

Because Easter is coming, I thought I might share my Easter tradition with you. Here is a picture of what goes into my Easter basket and posts with recipes and more details. I put these up a LOOONG time ago.

And yes those roses are made out of meat....thinly slices, cold smoked pork.
