Ok. Not technically for dinner but this is a Pinapple Kugel I made for dessert

This is what I make for brunch most sunday - Hot Smoked Salmon. I put the salmon on top of applewood chips which you can see in the photo. This is the salmon fresh off the grill. Glazed with maple syrup and lemon.

And this....is Fox's fault. This is Egg Butter on toast. It's just a couple of eggs mashed with a bit of butter. That's pretty much it. And it's delicious!

Basic dinner tonight
Fillet of Plaice in a tempura batter, resting on a bed of Colcannon. Colcannon is roughly mashed potato with cabbage and onions bound with egg yolks. and pan fried. (well thats my version of it)
