SC Star Citizen

thinking of getting the Orion Minning ship myself, started as a miner in EvE and still have fond memories of it.

Oh yes, I remember EVE and mining, used many hours on that *but never in 0.5-0.0 space, not a big PvP player*.

Maybe getting a mining ship is a good thing. Got a Exploring, Transporter, Info Runner and the AMD Omega (Mustang) atm.

Got a phoenix for multiple roles, info runner and as i said planning on getting an Orion.

Yes i know, but it was never really a game i enjoyed, plus i've heard it's the version where you need a stick or controller.

now I can try the 315p that I own and hopefully that also will get Chambliss to hook up her joystick and try to practice some flying on her 315p

Heads up for us SC shipaholics. There will be week long ship sale starting Friday Nov 21. From what I have read in the subscriber forum some of the previous limited ships will be again offered (of course Higher price than the first release) and will have 2 year insurance. Some concept ships may also be offered with LTI
(I think the retaliator may be one of the ships reoffered)

Test Drive the Origin 300 Series! https://robertsspaceindustries.com/comm-link/transmission/14313-Test-Drive-The-Origin-300-Series

Next week all backers can test fly:
For the next week, we are unlocking the entire Origin 300 series for all backers to try out! This includes the following ships:

  • 300i
  • 315p
  • 325a
  • 350r
We hope you enjoy this opportunity to test drive Origin’s 300 lineup. Testing these ships will be extremely valuable. We know there are some stat discrepancies and we are working on it. We are excited as this is the first time a whole line of ships will be open to all backers. The 300 series can handle any of your space travel needs. The 300 Series by Origin Jumpworks!

some big difference.
Cat - 5 crew, 3200 cargo units and better in defending it self *more hard-points*
Banu - 8 crew, 6000 cargo units and need help from other ships to defend it self*less hard-points*, but....... 100x better looking ;)

If I was going to buy one I'd go Banu:cool:

You guys will defend me, right? :P I've always had fun trying to play markets (yay for spreadsheets!) so think one of these would be best for me and they're roughly the same price.

Are there any details on the Merchantman other than the short bit on the ship page? Tech specs are more or less TBD across the board.

.
That why I got the Hornet Ghost and the Lancer MIS (for a nominal fee of course).;)
