This is a work in progress. It is intended for NM version and will include notes on elite where possible. Additional information is welcome.
The set up is the same as with the regular Penthouse it starts with the 3 Uta’s.
The Uta's are however significantly buffed and have larger shields. They will each have 120k health.

Psychic (P-uta), Blade - 43K Psychic shield. Invisibly casts Psychic Renewal to replenish her shield to full periodically.

Cybernetic (C-Uta), Assault Rifle - 46K Cybernetic Shield. Constantly Regenerates 24 units of shield per second while the shield is active. Replenishes 23k periodically.

Demonic (D-Uta), Blood Focus - 51K Demonic Shield. Replenishes 20,5k of her shield periodically.

All Uta’s will deal Psychic damage.

Rage/Enrage mechanics
They each have a buff called Sisterly Bonds. This buff means that if one of them should have her health lowered significantly below the others, the ones with higher health will enrage (Uta with low health gets stacks, Uta with high health enrages). This buff works on stacks, each Uta has her own stacks. The bigger the disparity between their health and that of her highest sister the higher the stack count. Rage happens at 4 stacks. If you even out the stacks the rage will end. If one Uta is killed the rest will Enrage and must be killed quickly (note: Rage and Enrage are different for Uta. Rage happens when the Uta's have a large health disparity and Enrage happens when one of the Uta's dies).

Tactics
You can pick which Uta to start with, by engaging one of them first, regardless of your choice you will get all of the active and passive mechanics during the fight. Which ever Uta you choose will cast Assassin's Guile when her shield drops and one of the other Utas will activate. She will immediately freeze and start casting honorable combat.

We didn’t list all abilities and casts here, only the most important ones.

All
“Honorable Combat” - Uta that casts this is about to start their active phase, tank should cast provoke on her after she finishes casting this (aggro shenanigans).
“Assassin’s Guile” - Active uta will cast this before another Uta is going to start honorable combat.
“Uta prepares a Special Tactic” - This is a message that appears in chat log and in white in the middle of the screen and lets you know that an Uta is deploying her special ability. See each section below for each Uta’s special ability.

C-Uta Casts:
“Sweep” - She will teleport to a random place on the playing field and cast a long narrow line of rapid machine gun fire. This does low damage if you do not stay in the cast. It takes up nearly the entire room. It is best to dodge through it than to try to get in front of it. There is a safe spot behind her and on the opposite corner. Casts when she is passive only.
“Bloody Long Shot” - A sniper type attack. She will target one player, they will get cross hairs above their heads and circle timer. This is similar to scenarios except it does not hinder. When the timer expires the shot does around 3k damage. This should be dodged for no damage. Cast only when active.
“Time Bomb” - Special ability. She casts a small Orochi drone named “Uta’s Gift”. The drone starts in front of her and moves slowly towards the center. When it reaches the center it starts a cast called “Detonation” which takes 10 seconds. This is a dps check. If the drone has not been burned by the end of the cast it will wipe the party (25K+ damage). She casts this whether or not she is active or passive.
“Grenade Toss” - A medium sized ground AoE that is cast randomly at a player. This will do a lot of damage and generally one shot dps. The cast is larger than it appears so make sure to be well out of it. Cast only when active.

D-Uta Casts:
“Impale” - Single target attack that can do several thousand of damage, randomly cast on group members,it can be impaired.
“Heart to Pieces”: - Extremely powerful dot, cast on tank, should be impaired or cleansed if possible, with dedicated healer you can however heal through it without much trouble.
“Rabbit Blood” - Special Ability. Targeted heal with long cast time, should be impaired as it may be enough to push Uta’s to enrage. She casts this whether or not she is active or passive. See screenshot below.

“Sanguine Stars” - An AoE she targets on herself. Does 5-8K damage. Only casts when active.

She will apply afflicted to tank during her active phase, group should try to cleanse the tank during the fight.

P-Uta Casts:
“Four Seasons” - 5 hit that will all auto penetrate her target, last hit is enough to oneshot the tank at full HP (over 25k) has to be impaired or otherwise mitigated (nullity sphere, evade) *. Tank can also dodge or hide behind her to interrupt the cast.
“Lunge” - A column dash. She spams this when inactive making her hard to dps. Having some ranged attacks is helpful.
Ninja Evasion - Special Ability. She will teleport, breaking targeting then reapear in a smoke cloud and casts Ninja Evasion. This cannot be interrupted. When she casts this successfully she will get the Ninja Evasion buff for 6 seconds, grow in size, and be surrounded by a light blue swirly effect. Hitting her while she is buffed grants her stacks of Ninja Retaliation which will increase her damage by up to 150%. Probably a good idea to leave her alone until the buff expires or the tank will. Only casts during non-active phase.

She will apply afflicted to tank during her active phase, group should try to cleanse the tank during the fight.

Fight Mechanics & Recommendations

Team Setup
1 DPS on D-Uta
1 DPS on C-Uta
1 DPS on P-Uta
1 healer
1 tank

Having a person on buffs and 1 on cleanses is recommended.

DPS and Healer should have around 4k Health to survive ground effects and AoE casts.

Start by dpsing down the shields on all of the Utas. When the first shield drops active Uta will cast Assassins Guile and becomes inactive, another Uta will start casting Honorable Combat, which makes her active. Tank should try to provoke her AFTER she finishes casting Honorable Combat, to ensure that aggro stays on the tank. DPS will continue attacking different Uta’s until their Sisterly Bonds counter has 2 stacks and then stop until it goes back down to 1 stack. Keep shields down, but make sure not to take any Uta beyond 2 stacks. This is an important safety margin to prevent enrage.

While fighting D-Uta tank should aim to interrupt Heart to Pieces and Rabbit Blood from her.

While fighting P-Uta tank has to interrupt Four Seasons from her and Rabbit Blood from D-Uta (long cast time).

C-Uta doesn’t cast anything that tank should need to directly worry about, but DPS that stays on her should call out when she casts Time Bomb.

DPS must stay out of all ground AOEs. Dps should save dodge for the sniper shot (same as in scenarios but without the hinder). Because of the amount of movement and enrage mechanics, builds that snare you (ie Safety off or Bloodline) and manifestations are not recommended. This is a highly mobile fight and DPS MUST move to survive. It is helpful if the DPS that are on the D-Uta have an impair like Cardiac arrest and can impair Rabbit Blood to help the tank. Similarly the DPS on P-Uta can help by impairing Four Seasons.

Drops only from Uta
1 Uta's Contract - this is an SD card that contains all 3 Uta lore. It can be reused but on first use, it becomes character bound. Drops on both elite and nightmare.

Bird of the Zero Point Pathogen

Health: 672 957 HP
Cybernetic Aegis: 34 609
Demonic Aegis: 38 454
Psychic Aegis: 35 686

Casts:
Aegis Pulsar - Instant cast, Creates 3 Circles at close, medium-long, and too long range. As below,:

Your Aegis shield type (head) must match the circle you are standing in or you will get hit for enough damage to one shot a dps. As switching AEGIS shield middle of the fight isn’t possible you need to choose which range to use before starting the fight. Suggested: To make things easier on the healer and increase chances of survival, everyone should choose the psychic shield type, including the tank. As it is easier to heal the tank of damage than to heal with two different weapons.

Nasty CircleTM aka Corruption -
“Inflicts high damage to allies within 4 metres.
Inflicts adaptive AEGIS damage over time.
If victim is unprotected by AEGIS or dies, this effect
will detonate and inflict extreme damage to all allies.”

A red circle that is cast on one of the party members. Depending on phase this circle can last for 15-30. In normal phase only 1 circle will be active at a time and each one lasts 15 seconds. During Egg phase, the circle will target multiple people and will last for 30 second. The circle places a dot on the affected user that damaged their Aegis shield at a rate of 400 shield every 3s. Other players that cross into the circle will die but will not detonate. Should the shield reach 0, Corrupt will detonate and likely wipe the party. To prevent this, the healer should target the player with a weapon of a matching Aegis type and heal the shield. Rampart Capacitors and AEGIS shield rejuvenator gadget can help with this task. Party members that are not the target of Nasty CircleTM should stay clear of affected player.

Setting up EffectsUI for the circle
Eggs have:
4k HP
4272 Cybernetic Aegis or 6409 Psychic Aegis or 6577? Demonic Aegis. Double shielded eggs are possible and will always contain an add (This is not the egg you are looking for).

Desolation Winds - 6s cast. Occurs after the egg phase when Flappy returns. This is a high damage AoE. To survive this, group should hide behind the non-growing egg from the egg phase. Important: Desolation Winds will hatch any unkilled eggs and also spawn Ouchie AddTM.
Flappy has about 13,5 - 14,5k cybernetic shield when he returns after Egg Phase.

Strategy
Tank - Avoid filth as it applies exposed/debilitated/corrupted to you. He has a cone attack that that tank should dodge or they will be knocked down. Flappy is CC immune the entire fight so nothing can be impaired.

Healer - If tank will be using different Aegis shield than rest of the group, it might be easiest to use one healing weapon to heal the tanks Aegis (fist) and other to heal the dps Aegis (blood), this allows the healer to heal tank’s Aegis shield with one weapon and use the other healing weapon to heal their own shield or that of the DPS when they are targeted by Nasty CircleTM. If the recommended practice for shield is used and all members have the same shield, healer should be prepare a big heal to deal with damage from being in the wrong circle; expect the tank to take around 4k damage and plan accordingly.

DPS - Melee isn’t recommended for this fight due to large amount of ground AoE’s and Nasty CircleTM preventing you from being near the tank. Psychic shield is recommended, even for the long range dps, since Cybernetic is too far away from Flappy to be useful. Stay separated at all times to avoid killing others with Nasty CircleTM. During Egg phase, avoid overlapping Nasty CircleTM over an egg. Avoid all ground AoEs. This is especially true of the bombardment phases as the circles will deal about 4K damage and will likely oneshot a dps. For the egg phase, DPS should target different eggs to get rid of them as quickly as possible. Be vigilant for the egg that doesn't grow and mark it so everyone knows where to hide. Ultimate might be useful in burning through them. Like the Uta fight 4k health is recommended.

Dealing with Eggs - While this is not the only way of doing it, this is a strategy that seems helpful especially to those groups that are getting use to mechanics. The Floor of the penthouse balcony is divided between 2 white/marble (A&B) sections with black teak in between, see image. An easy strategy to adopt during egg phase is that the healer stay on the teak strip (C) that divides the two marble areas and that the tank and one DPS take one white area (A or B) and the other 2 dps take the other marble area (A or B). This makes it easy for the healer to keep everyone up and in range and makes is less likely for people to accidentally kill each other with circles. This also makes it easier to locate the non growing egg as the number of eggs each group has to keep track of is smaller.

- Open EffectsUI and create 5 new tabs on it, name them as you want
- Set each one to only “Show listed buffs and effects” and set each tab to track different group member (1 to 5)
- Add “Corrupt |show: Corrupted 1!” (1 to 5) to each tab
- Move the buffbars next to each group member
- You should now see whenever group member gets corrupted and how much time it has left. You can also use the tabs to track other mechanics, such as afflict stacks on Uta.

Congrats to Xperts Team (yobo, versi, sqarlet, buredomasuta and X-pert) for being the first to beat this mini dungeon. And thank you for putting up the video.
This guide will be updated as new information becomes available.

The Fight
This fight is pretty much a fast paced version of the final fight in the penthouse post Flappy. It consists of 2 waves of Shades, 2 waves of Bestial Filth, and 2 Infected Colossuses (Huggy) and a final Spider Boss. All of them deal Psychic damage. All of the mobs in the same wave will have the same shields. Waves appear to spawn on a timer and do not need to be killed before moving on to the next wave. However each successive mob will add to overall damage and make the fight much harder.

Wave 1 - Shades - Single random shield
HP - 8545
6921 Psychic
6921 Cybernetic
8545 Demonic

Wave 2 - Filth Beasts - 2 shields.
HP - 23238
9805 Psychic
10382 Cybernetic
11536 Demonic

Wave 3 - Filth Huggy 1 & 2 - 2 Shields
Filth Huggy 1
HP - 45575
17432 Psychic
18458 Cyber
20509 Demonic

Filth Huggy 2
HP - 51272
39233 Psychic
41531 Cyber
46145 Demonic

Spider Boss - Filthy Amalgam
HP - 384457
101691 Psychic
107673 Cybernetic
119636 Demonic
The spider start very small but has a timer that counts down from 2 minutes and 5 seconds. This is an enrage timer. Once timer reaches 0, filth will swallow the entire balcony leaving no safe spots and all members of the group will start gaining filth stacks. The psychic and cybernetic shields regenerate. But the Psychic Renewal can and SHOULD be impaired despite the fact that the boss is CC immune.
Flowing Upwards on Strange Gravities:
Growing stronger and stronger. If not defeated quickly,
will become too powerful to contain.

The Filth
The combat begins with filth all around the edges of the penthouse as the fight progresses the filth closes in. Stacks last for only 5 seconds then the whole stack expires even during combat, provided that they aren’t amassing more stacks by standing in filth. Damage scales with health so a dps will take less damage than a tank. This filth cannot be cleansed like typical filth. The filth will eventually cover the far part of the balcony leaving a small space near the doors. This is just enough space to dodge if the party is careful. After the second Huggy, even that space begins to close, forcing the party to stand in filth. As the filth finally closes all available space a new spot opens up. This is where the spider spawns. The party must immediately switch to the new safe spot near the glass wall. Time possible AoE heal elites and healing gadgets for the switch.

The Strategy
Tank - This requires a dedicated tank. It is recommended that the tank be very tanky for this fight as the spider does significant damage. This damage can be blocked/evaded/glanced. Typical damage reduction active and passives should be used to further increase survivability. Tank should slot 1 impair to impair Psychic Renewal as much as possible.

Healer - This fight will require extreme amounts of sustained healing and requires a dedicated healer. To assist with healing, healer can ask one dps to slot backup drone. As everything that spawns will first go for the healer extra health is a good idea.

DPS - This is a DPS race pure and simple. While the first two waves require a bit of AoE damage, the rest of the fight requires concentrated high damage output. DPS should dodge everything and go full glass cannon, removing any extra HP and maximizing AR. During the last part of this fight the group will need to wallow through filth to get to various safe spots in the playing field that open up as the spider moves. HoT potions, Karma curios, and other self heals might be useful for this. A leech potion is recommended towards the end of the fight. After the enrage timer has expired and the filth has swallowed the entirety of the balcony, DPS should pop a leech potion at 7 filth stacks to prolong the fight and increase chances of completion. To this end, using other potions at the start of the fight should be done very carefully so as to ensure that any CDs are off when the leech pot becomes helpful.

At this point more testing on builds is necessary, any information is appreciated

The mechanics for Elite are the same as for Nightmare. HP, Shield Strength, and Damage are greatly reduced. In addition the following mechanics are worth mentioning.

Uta Fight

Sisterly Bonds - The Sisterly Bonds buff builds very slowly and allows for a wide disparity between the Uta's health.
“Four Seasons” - 5 hit that will all auto penetrate her target, the last hit is not lethal in elite but will do a good amount of damage to the tank and so should still be impaired. Tank can also dodge or hide behind her to interrupt the cast.
Ninja Evasion - Special Ability. She will teleport, breaking targeting then reapear in a smoke cloud and casts Ninja Evasion. This cannot be impaired. When she casts this successfully she will get the Ninja Evasion buff for 6 seconds, grow in size, and be surrounded by a light blue swirly effect. Hitting her while she is buffed grants her stacks of Ninja Retaliation which will increase her damage by up to 30%. As she evade during this time anyway DPS should avoid attacking her during this buff. Only casts during non-active phase.

Flappy Fight
Corrupted - A red circle that is cast on one of the party members. Depending on phase this circle can last for 15-30. In normal phase only 1 circle will be active at a time and each one lasts 15 seconds. During Egg phase, the circle will target multiple people and will last for 30 second. Should the shield reach 0, Corrupt will detonate will inflict damage on the party. Having around 4k HP should make this survivable though it is better just heal the shield. To prevent this, the healer should target the player with a weapon of a matching Aegis type and heal the shield. Needless to say this means that all party members must have completed the mission in Kaidan that grants the Aegis shield. If shield strength is low then a Rampant capacitor may help. Party members that are not the target of Nasty CircleTM should stay clear of affected player. Crossing circles with another player is still not recommended as this can still kill DPS.
Membranous Tempest - Instant cast, Creates 3 Circles at close, medium-long, and too long range. Your Aegis shield type (head) must match the circle you are standing in or you will get hit for a moderate amount of damage. Having 4k health makes the hit survivable. Damage on Elite has been greatly reduced.
Filth Egg - The egg without the add now has a small fountain a filth leaking from the top of it to make it easier to recognize.
Desolation Winds - 6s cast. Occurs after the egg phase when Flappy returns. This is a high damage AoE. To survive this, group should hide behind the non-growing egg from the egg phase. Important: If you hide behind the wrong egg, it will spawn Ouchie AddTM. On Elite it is possible to negate the damage from this cast by using nulity sphere, immutable, or similar.

Filthy Amalgam
Waves - There is only 1 wave of each mob type. So there is a gaggle of shades, 2 Filthy Beasts and 1 Huggy.
Filth - Filth damage per stack is significantly reduced
Boss - The boss is a lot squishier and his shield strength is greatly reduced.
