TSW I want to send a cake to Funcom

Haven't heard back from the bakery since this morning so starting to get a bit worried... planning to call them tomorrow. Considering the prices they charge for 'specialty cakes', a regular sheet cake (which is much cheaper) may be low priority for them. Will keep you updated.

This showed up in Scrivnomancer's twitter.

Nicely done, Fleta.

And Scriv is the only one in the office today... LOL He gets ALL THE CAKE!!!

Glad that everything came together. :) Ironically, the bakery I chose has three branches. I chose the one closest to my house, about 8 miles from the FC office. When I got there, I realized that there's another branch literally underneath the FC office (which is on the second floor). *facepalm*

I knew that a lot of people would be out for holiday but was figuring more than just three... that 1/2 sheet cake is supposed to feed 32. I guess Scrivnomancer and the CS guys will have their work cut out for them.

It was cool meeting and talking with one of the CS guys for a bit but I didn't get a chance to actually speak to Scrivnomancer. In addition to the tweet, Scrivnomancer did give us a shoutout on the official forums, though.

Please send any donations via PayPal to yfstafford@yahoo.com and PM me with username/amounts. Thanks!

Seems like we already have plenty of funds for webhosting (the email address I originally posted was to Xenthal) so I've switched it to my own email. I want to put any donations towards something LoMS-related so will hold them in the bank until Beecher gives me something else to spend them on. Maybe another cake next year :P. Thanks for all of the support!

Ha ha ha Ya turd! Very tricksy little hobbit. Speaking of, time to go watch my screener of Desolation of Smaug!
