Anyone else looking forward to this game? Yeah, to start (this November) it'll be single player, but apparently next year they will be releasing a CP2077 multiplayer game/patch/whatever. And from what I understand, you can pet cats, which is a big selling point for me. Plus, it's got Keanu as a NPC, admittedly not a major one, but still.
 
I am, I've been meaning to upgrade my rig for a bit and I'm waiting on the recommended specs for cyberpunk to be announced to have a better idea of what I want to build towards.
 
Perhaps whenever the multiplayer drops, there could be a LoMS gang or whatever, assuming they have a guild function, and we can have our own run of Night City.

Also, what life path is everyone thinking of going first? I'm thinking Street Kid and running a hacker build.

Oh, yeah, alive and well, just mostly hang out on TS instead of Discord if I use VoIP is all. Been awhile since I talked to you, though, Magus told me you got married, I could barely believe it until I thought of how much time has actually passed, btw, congratulations!
 
So I've recently seen Youtube videos saying that CP2077 is emotional, at least in parts. I haven't actually watched the videos to avoid potential spoilers.
 
Yeah, I believe I saw info about that too. Something about a dev logging something like 175 hours playing and getting choked-up at some parts if I remember correctly. It's definitely a RPG and not a FPS first and foremost. Narrative driven it sounds like. Let's hope December 10th sticks.
 
Game goes live on PC worldwide at 12AM GMT (4PM PT, 7PM ET). Preloads are already up on most stores.
Console versions will unlock at 12AM in your current time zone. (West coast players will have to wait three hours longer than east coast.)

I've been debating about picking it up, I should probably upgrade before I buy it but I think I might be able to tweak it a bit and get it to run on my current rig; or I could just pay for Geforce Now for a bit to play it there with RTX. I've been put off a bit by the reports about how buggy it can be atm, I'll probably just give it a month or so at least before I actually buy it, or just wait to the point that I actually upgrade my rig.

While I admittedly haven't played much, I haven't noticed any bugs.
 
Not great quality, as I took a picture of my screen, but it gives an idea of what my first V looks like in early game. Could have done a mirror in apartment pic, but that would be more for the Strippers area of Discord.
