I also got a "double" key for me and Bee. Going to try it :)

I'm pretty sure we won't buy it / play it for some time tho. We'll have to wait a few months for our household economy to settle (been harsh this last couple months in several fronts *sigh*).

Meanwhile we'll be taking advantage of good Beta oportunities we have.

I have updated client, so you can do that in advance.
When i try to enter my new Beta key on account page, I says Invalid...!
But my account page does state it's a Beta account.
It may be that if you've taken part in 1 Beta weekend you do not need another key, but I can't confirm this...

Yep, been in beta before you don't need more keys..
 
lol it says you can play in a language of your choice when you switch to the NA server...
So where is the setting for proper Engish English..??
It's just not cricket old bean...

Yep beta has started early, and Foulwing is still broken lol

This weekend I would really like to get some PvP time in to see how it is, that is assuming that Cyrodiil is enabled

I actually decided to cancel my pre-purchase after getting some playtime in Cyrodiil. I actually hated the way it was done THAT much believe it or not. Maybe down the line I'll give the game another chance but for now considering that PvP is basically the endgame that will be there for players I'm gonna pass.

I haven't got to 10 yet, but did finally get the combat to 'click' for me last nite.
Still have serious reservations tho....
 
i like the leveling system and how you learn skills which does have a ES feel to it, but other than that it feels too meh.
 
Can I ask for a spare "friend" key if possible? Thanks in advance all!

After trying it for a bit, I got too annoyed/bored with it. Beeater was watching and decided she didn't even want to try.
Got a key here if anyone is still interested.

I'll bullet point my major issues with Cyrodiil so its easier to understand lol, I can be too wordy at times

  • Even getting into Cyrodiil I found confusing. I had to ask multiple times in zone chat how to find the right menu and then there were about 50 different Cyrodiil instances to choose from to zone into. So I picked the one others were going to and clicked enter and then was placed into a que...a que when there was a low pop in Cyrodiil. And then 10 minutes later a notification popped (which I only saw because of the blinking icon on my chat window, it doesn't pop up like a menu for you to see) asking if I am ready to enter. So it toon me a good 20'ish minutes to even get into Cyrodiil.
  • Once in Cyrodiil I was still level 10. The whole "auto level to 50 for pvp" didn't happen, apparently there is a quest to go talk to someone to take on training to do this...and that NPC as I found out after pulling up my map and scouring it was a quarter of the zone away at a different tower, so I had to run and be at the mercy of anyone that I happened across. It took maybe 15 minutes to run there. Yes, 15, and thats running across a small portion of the continent just to get the "start" quest so I can be level 50 to pvp
  • I never managed to get auto-50'd. When I got there I talked to a quest giver who had me play with a bolt thrower and catapault but the quest was buggy and wouldnt complete. So I figured ok, well let me go find some fighting to see what this is all about even if I'm only level 10...
  • Once I did make it to an area that had fighting I was promoptly killed, and then respawned half a zone away...and it would require another 15 minute run to get back to the fighting.


All that being said I turned off the game and uninstalled it. If Cyrodiil is the ESO endgame its going to need some major work and I mean MAJOR work if they want to retain players using it. I can't believe I am going to say this but I would rather pay for SWToR than ESO, at least SWToR has normal PvP Warzones with teams to play around in. Overall extremely disapointed.
