There is an easy way (without mod) to change the colors of chat channels, like group or raid messages. I find the dark red quite difficult to read in certain lairs.
These color values are in an XML file, so changing them can hardly break anything as...

Regarding the rewards - you profit more of 4pip Glyphs if you are not yet maxed out red20 (because of the soft-cap).
Yet unknown if the soft caps will be raised in the future.

Well since it is truffles season anyway and some bottles in the wine cellar needed to be checked, here's what we had:

The history is quite funny. The brewery was a part of the monastry initially. But after two almost-burndowns due to the brewery, they decided to put the brewery at a distant area :D it's small but has a great brewery museum.
I have to admit that although i like craft beers a lot, i'm not a fan of weird additional flavours. I tried several, and yeah, they're ok, but none of them would make it to a regular buy. Blame my bavarian roots :)

800g Hokkaido pumpkin
thumb-size piece of fresh ginger (add more acc. to your taste)
800ml vegetable fond
Juice of 3 oranges
